Managing Clients

Hiring Bull enables agencies to manage clients


Refer to the following steps to manage clients:

  1. Navigate to: Settings -> Clients

  2. A new page will open up showing list of clients

  3. You can add a new client by clicking on the +Add Client

  4. A new page will open up showing fields to add clients, you can also bulk upload clients by the help of Import button

    1. Select the Account Manager

    2. Enter the name of the client in the field Company Name

    3. Upload the clients Logo

    4. Enter the Address of the client

    5. Enter the Source Code

    6. Enter the Contact Person Name, Email, Mobile

    7. Enter the Password, confirm it

    8. Mark the check box to Send Notification

    9. Click on + Create button to create the new client

The newly created entry will be shown in the list of clients. You can perform different actions on the entries by the help of icons given under Actions column.


Managing Clients

  1. Navigate to: Settings -> Clients

  2. A new page will open up showing list of clients

  3. Click on the Manage client Users icon of the respective entry, to manage client's users profile

  4. A new page will open up showing fields to edit client's users profile

  5. You can edit the Name, Email, Password, Mobile, Source Code, select the Permissions to Jobs

  6. Mark the check box to Send Notification

  7. Click on +Create button to create the entered user profile

The created profile will be shown toward the left side. You can deactivate/ edit/ remove client user by the help of icons given under Actions column.


Refer to the following steps to manage clients:

  1. Navigate to: Settings -> Clients

  2. A new page will open up showing list of clients

  3. You can add a new client by clicking on the +Add Client

  4. Click on the Import Client button to bulk upload clients

  5. Read the instructions given toward the right side of page

  6. Click on Download Sample CSV file, a .CSV file will be downloaded

  7. Edit it and upload it in Upload File field

  8. Select the Account Manager

  9. You can edit the Source code

  10. Click on Upload & Review button

  11. The option to map system fields against uploaded fields will be available (in case of mismatch)

  12. Click on Preview button to preview the uploaded data

  13. Click on Upload button to upload the data

A notification of successful uploading of data will be shown. In case any entry got rejected, the reason of rejection will be shown under the Reason column against the respective entry.
