Archiving a job hides it from the main job list while preserving all associated data. It's useful for retaining records without cluttering active dashboards.
Steps to Archive a Job:

Go to the Jobs List
- Navigate to the “Jobs” section from the sidebar.

Locate the Job
- Search for the job or filter by department/status.

Click the Three-Dot Menu
- On the right of the job row, click the ellipsis (⋮) menu.

Select “Archive”
- Click Archive from the dropdown list.
- Confirm your action when prompted.
What Happens After Archiving:
- Job status changes to Archived.

Job is removed from:
- Public career page
- Recruiter dashboards
- Data (candidates, pipeline, feedback) is retained and read-only.
