How to Archive a Job

Archiving a job hides it from the main job list while preserving all associated data. It's useful for retaining records without cluttering active dashboards.


Steps to Archive a Job:

  1. Go to the Jobs List
    • Navigate to the “Jobs” section from the sidebar.
  2. Locate the Job
    • Search for the job or filter by department/status.
  3. Click the Three-Dot Menu
    • On the right of the job row, click the ellipsis (⋮) menu.
  4. Select “Archive”
    • Click Archive from the dropdown list.
    • Confirm your action when prompted.

What Happens After Archiving:

  • Job status changes to Archived.
  • Job is removed from:
    • Public career page
    • Recruiter dashboards
  • Data (candidates, pipeline, feedback) is retained and read-only.
