Hiring Bull’s preview feature for admin users allows a complete view of the onboarding experience that candidates will encounter. This preview helps admins ensure accuracy and clarity in the onboarding process, enhancing the experience for new hires. Here’s how to use this feature effectively.

How to Preview Onboardings in Hiring Bull

  1. Navigate to the Onboarding Section
    • From the dashboard, go to Tools → Onboardings.
  2. Select the Onboarding Template to Preview
    • A page with a list of onboarding templates will appear. Find the template you want to preview, then click on the Preview icon located in the Actions column.
  3. Explore the Onboarding Steps
    • You’ll now see a preview of the onboarding process, displaying all fields and sections exactly as the candidate will see them. While you can navigate through each stage by clicking Next Step, please note that you cannot save any entries in this mode. The preview mode simply allows a full walkthrough of the onboarding journey.

The onboarding process is typically divided into the following sections:

  • Introduction: This section welcomes the candidate and outlines the purpose and structure of the onboarding process.
  • Candidate Info: In this area, candidates are prompted to enter their personal details.
