How to Use the Email Campaign Module

The Email Campaign module lets you send personalized bulk emails to candidates, colleges, or vendors.

📍 Steps to Run an Email Campaign

  1. Go to Tools > Email Campaign
    • Open the Tools section.
    • Click on Email Campaign.
  2. Click ‘Create Campaign’
    • Fill in the campaign title and purpose.
  3. Select Recipients
    • Choose recipients based on:
      • Candidate status
      • College list
      • Job opening
  4. Draft the Email
    • Add subject line and message.
    • Use placeholders like {{candidate_name}} for personalization.
  5. Schedule or Send Immediately
    • Choose whether to send now or schedule later.
    • Click Send to dispatch emails.
