Canned Response is a feature that enables admin to add and store responses that are frequently used for different process. Commonly it includes responses or requests that are send to candidates after completion of a round or the common responses for the frequently asked questions.
Refer to the following steps to configure canned response:
Navigate to: Settings -> Canned Response, a new page will open up showing fields to configure the settings
Enter the Title, Subject and Content
Choose the file to upload it
Click on Save button (to save the response), option of Reset is also available to remove the filled details
The added entry will be shown in the list of the responses (given towards the left of the page), you can mange the entries by the help of icon given under Actions column
