Steps to Set Up a Canned Response:
- Log in to Hiring Bull with admin or recruiter access.
- Navigate to: Settings → Canned Responses
- Click on “Add Response” to create a new template.

- This helps you identify the template later (e.g., “Interview Invitation”, “Offer Letter”, “Thank You for Applying”).

Compose the Message Template:
- Use plain text or HTML formatting.

Insert dynamic placeholders such as:

- {{Interview Date}}
- {{Company Name}}
- Review the content for clarity, professionalism, and correct placeholders.
- Click “Save” to store the response.
Additional Tips:
- You can edit or delete canned responses at any time.
- When communicating with candidates, you can select a canned response directly from the message window and customize it before sending.
