Installation
- Login to your Hiring Bull app portal as Admin role.
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
- Click on "Connect" button next to Zoom Meeting option.
- This will take you to Zoom authorization page.
- Enter on Authorize button and enter your Zoom account credentials
- Once you get authorized, you will be directed to Hiring Bull app with the confirmation message
Usage
- Navigate to screened/ shortlisted candidate profile.
- Click on Interviews tab
- Under the Schedule Interview form/ section
- Select the Interview Stage/ Round
- Select the Interview Mode ( It has to be Video Conferencing in this case)
- Select the Platform for interview. (It would be Zoom if you are have already authorized your Zoom account)
- Select Interview Date/ Time and other details
- Click on Submit.
- The Zoom meeting invite will be automatically generated and will go out to the Interviewer/ Interview Panel and Candidate. The interview round will get scheduled.
Uninstallation
- Login to your Hiring Bull app portal as Admin role.
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
- You will see the status of Zoom Meeting Integration as Connected.
- Click on the dropdown button next to it.
- Click on Disconnect.
Your Zoom account will now get disconnected from Hiring Bull.
