Automated Interviews

Hiring Bull enables the admin to automate the interviews. This feature also applies for auto-scheduling the online assessments for the candidates who have applied for the job. As an admin, you need to setup the interview rounds for the job profile and configure the settings as per your requirement.  Refer to the following steps to auto-schedule an interview:

  1. Navigate to: Jobs (in menu bar)
  2. Click on the Published drop down for the respective job and click on the Edit option.
  3. A new page will appear showing different tabs
  4. Click on the Hiring pipeline tab, the new page shows fields to configure the rounds of interview
  5. Now click on the +icon/button to add an online assessment round or edit the existing interview round
  6. Configure the round's details (including name, stage, questionnaires, and attributes) and scroll down to Automations
  7. Enable the below settings for auto-scheduling the respective round
    • Enable Auto Scheduling
    • Select the qualifying percentage criteria and enable "Mark round as passed if marks (%)"
    • Select the qualifying percentage criteria and enable "Mark round as failed if marks (%)"
    • Schedule next round if Passed
  8. Scroll down and click on the Save button

All the changes will be made instantly.

Tip: You can drag and drop different rounds between applied and offer to control the sequence of rounds in an interview.

Note: You are advised to make the proctoring mandatory.
