Interviews are the most common method for most employers. For businesses, understanding the various roles that the interviewer plays can help ensure that the interview is conducted in the most effective way, and that the most suitable candidate is chosen. Hiring Bull enables admin to add the multiple Interviewers (Interview Panel) for any specific round.
Please refer to the below steps to enable the settings:
- Navigate to: Settings
- Use the link: https://yourcompanyname.hiringbull.com/App/Settings/Configurations
- Enable the option "Enable Interview Panel"
Once done, while scheduling the interview you will be able to select multiple interviews for any interview round.
