Yes, you can prevent duplicate candidate applications using Application Rules based on email or phone number.

Steps to Set Up Duplicate Checks:

  1. Log in to Hiring Bull with Admin access.
  2. Go to Settings → Application Rules.
  3. Locate the Duplicate Check section.
  4. Enable the toggle for Duplicate Application Prevention.
  5. Select the criteria for duplicates:
    • Email Address
    • Phone Number
  6. Choose the action when duplicates are detected:
    • Block the application completely.
    • Flag for manual review.
    • Auto-merge with existing profile.
  7. Click Save to activate the rule.
