How to assign vendor permissions?


Vendor permissions control what features and modules a vendor (consultant or agency) can access.

Steps to Assign Permissions:

  1. Go to Settings → Vendors.
  2. Click Add Vendor or select an existing vendor to edit.
  3. Fill in vendor details like company name and contact info.
  4. Under Permissions, enable modules such as:
    • Job Viewing/Editing
    • Interview Scheduling
    • Candidate Comments
  5. Assign specific jobs if required.
  6. Save to apply the permissions.
