An Internal Job is visible only to logged-in users such as recruiters or employees.
🛠️ How It’s Set:
- During job creation/editing, go to Job Settings.
- Set Visibility to Internal.

The job will:
- Not appear on the career page
- Not be posted to job boards
- Be available only to users inside the portal
