How can I find out why an interview didn’t happen?

Navigate to Interviews > Tracker.
Look for interviews still marked as Pending or without feedback.
Check Interviewer and Scheduler names.
Reach out to them directly for clarification.
You can manually update status as No-Show if confirmed.
